1.          Ordering and Payment

 

1.1.              By placing an order through our website or in-store, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

 

1.2.               Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of delivery. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, company cheque, Juice and credit card up to MUR 10,000.

 

2.         Deposit for orders

 

2.1.              Deposit for Orders:

When placing an order for a product at our shop, a deposit may be required to secure the order. This deposit serves as a commitment from the customer to proceed with the purchase.

 

2.2.              Non-Refundable Deposit:

 Please note that deposits made for orders are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order after making a deposit, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

 

2.3.              Non-Transferable Deposit:

Additionally, deposits made for orders cannot be transferred or used for other purchases at our shop. The deposit is specifically tied to the original order for which it was made.

 

2.4.               Exceptions:

 In certain circumstances, such as instances where the product becomes unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond our control, we may consider refunding the deposit at our discretion. However, this is subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

 

2.5.               Cancellation Policy:

3.2.               We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe.
